GlycaNova AS is a Norwegian biotechnology company which, using our patented technology, produces water soluble beta glucans from various medicinal mushrooms. The focus of our beta glucans is aimed at boosting the immune system thereby allowing both humans and animals to tackle different illnesses and diseases with reduced reliance on medical products such as antibiotics and antivirals.

Northern Star Group AS operates as an incubator to improve existing processes and applications in various industry sectors and is registered in Norway. For example, the company is partnered with engineers, companies and vendors in Ukraine, Belize and Hong Kong to pursue on-going projects in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Europe and Asia in biomass, wind and biofuel power generation for sale to principalities. These projects are World Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-approved and are partially funded through those entities and private companies to meet energy demands in various principalities. We anticipate investment through the sale of debt and equity to fund project management and R&D to finance our projects. We currently have two projects that are ready to contract with us for purposes of review and then research and development for "Phase" project plans in place and we are in final discussions with a German wind turbine company.
